Diana J. Leiber

Diana J. Leiber of Carlyle, Illinois died Friday, October 29, 2010 at the Carlyle Healthcare Center at the age of 79 years. She was born in Centralia, Illinois on December 18, 1930 the daughter of Clinton and Huldah (Palm) Houseman. On August 19, 1951 at her home in Huey, Illinois she married Joseph W. Leiber, and he preceded her in death on January 3, 2003.Diana was a member of the Messiah Lutheran Church in Carlyle. Shehad pursueda Music Major (voice) at McKendree College in Lebanon, Illinois. She had served as a substitute teacher in Jacksonville, Illinois School District 117.She is survived by cousins and many friends.Funeral services will be Monday, November 1, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at the Messiah Lutheran Church in Carlyle with Pastor Steven Sommerer officiating.
