Armer, Courtney

Courtney Marie Armer, seven years old, of Aviston, died Friday, June 22, 2007 at her home. She was born August 9, 1999 in Breese, daughter of Michael and Lynette (Hunter) Armer. Courtney is survived by her brothers and sister, David Armer, Erica Armer and Davin Armer all of Aviston; and her grandparents, Tammy and David Myers of Altus, OK, Rose and David Huff of Beckemeyer, and Jessie and Renee Armer of Okawville. Courtney attended the Aviston Grade School and just completed the first grade. On May 11 to the 17, the Make- A-Wish Foundation sponsored a trip for Courtney and her family to Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios in Florida. She enjoyed drawing and playing tricks on people and was a very outgoing little girl. Everyone loved her because she was so full of life and was such a courageous fighter. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 29, 2007 at Hempen Funeral Home in Aviston with Rev. Dan Friedman officiating. Friends may call from 1 p. m. until time of service on Friday, June 29, 2007 at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family or the Make-A-Wish Foundation and will be received at the funeral home.
