Brenda Carol Cederquist

Brenda Carol Cederquist, 54, of Mascoutah, died Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. She was born March 31, 1963 in Huntington, WV, the daughter of William F. and Patricia (Akers) Cederquist.

Brenda is survived by her father and step-mother, William “Bill” (Julie) Cederquist of Tulsa, OK; a sister, Tammy Krzysik of St. Roberts, MO; a half-brother, Ace (Tess) Fouts of Summerville, SC; a half-sister, Barbara (Brian) Smith of Richmond Hill, GA; three step-sisters, Sarah (Quinn) Cayson of Belleville, IL, Terre Fortney of Branson, MO, and Anne Odin of Wentzville, MO; and many nieces & nephews.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Fouts; her step-father, Gordon Fouts; and a step-sister, Nancy Fouts.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Nordike Funeral Home in New Baden. Burial will follow at Greenmount Cemetery in New Baden.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. until time of service Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Nordike Funeral Home in New Baden.

Memorials may be made to the National Cerebral Palsy Foundation and will be received at the funeral home.
