Frances "Fran" Fischer Hollenkamp

Fran Fischer Hollenkamp was born on August 22, 1937 in Breese, IL the daughter of John and Frances (Glick) Isabella. She married Charles Fischer M.D. but later divorced. She married Henry Hollenkamp in Carlyle on August 10. 1974, he preceded her in death on April 19, 2001

Frances Fischer Hollenkamp, age 74, passed away on Monday February 20, 2012 at her residence in Carlyle.

Mrs. Fischer was also preceded in death by her son Eric Fischer and her daughter-in-law Michelle Fischer.

Fran is survived by two sons: Neal Fischer, Kenny Fischer and wife Rona; two grandchildren: Erica Fischer and Zach Fischer; and one great grandchild; Easton Fischer.

Fran was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Carlyle. She worked as a registered Nurse.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday at the Frerker Funeral Home in Carlyle at 1:00 PM.

Memorials can be made to the charity of donor’s choice and will be received at the Frerker Funeral Home which is serving the family.
