Frank G. LaCroix, 77, of Belleville, lost his long courageous battle with lung cancer on Friday, November 19, 2021 in New Baden. He was born May 21, 1944 in Belleville, the son of Frank J. and Mary, nee Grainger, LaCroix.
Frank is survived by his children, Terri LaCroix of New Baden, Jeff (Melissa) LaCroix of Mascoutah, and Jenny LaCroix of Belleville; five grandchildren, Megan (Logan) Hill, and Kayla, Emma, Braden, and Brinley LaCroix; a great-granddaughter, Autumn LaCroix; a brother-in-law, Robert Bitters of Belleville; and loving nieces & nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Marilyn Lauf and Judy Bitters; and two brothers-in-law, Raymond Lauf and Harlan Neuner.
Frank was a draftsman and NC programmer for Nordyne (now Nortek Global HVAC) for 40 years and then retired in 2011 from Empire Comfort Systems. Frank was passionate about golfing and enjoyed bowling and playing pool in his younger years.
There will be a private celebration of life held.
