Erwin F. "Bud" Fuehne, 78, of Damiansville, died Thursday, April 12, 2007 at his home. He was born August 13, 1928 in Damiansville, son of Martin and Emma (Rensing) Fuehne. He is survived by one brother, Art Fuehne and wife Pat of Damiansville; two sisters, Linda Kues of Aviston and Viola "Ollie" Litteken of Trenton and nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Herbert Fuehne; two sisters, Regina Eversgerd and Clare Gebke; brothers-in-law, Henry Eversgerd, Norbert Gebke, Theodore "Dick" Kues, Dave Litteken, and sister-in-law, Helen Fuehne. Mr. Fuehne was a farmer and a member of St. Damian Parish and Clinton County Farm Bureau. A funeral mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2007 at St. Damian Catholic Church in Damiansville with Msgr. Donald Eichenseer officiating. Interment will follow at St. Damian Cemetery in Damiansville. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday, April 13, 2007 and from 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2007 at Hempen Funeral Home in Albers. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Damian Parish and will be received at the funeral home.
