Gill, Jodi

Jodi L. Gill, 50, of Mascoutah, died Sunday, June 26, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville, IL. She was born December 29, 1960 in Sioux City, Iowa, daughter of Henry L. and Shirley J. (Hanna) Gill, who survive in New Baden. In addition to her parents, she is survived by a daughter, Amanda Gill of New Baden; two sisters, Carol J. (Allen) Horcher of Belleville, and Barbara A. Gill of Fairview Heights. Ms. Gill worked at the Scott Air Force Base Burger King. She was a veteran of the United States Army Reserve. Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 30, 2011 at Hempen Funeral Home in New Baden with Pastor Skip Leininger officiating. Friends may call from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. Thursday, June 30, 2011 at Hempen Funeral Home in New Baden. Memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure and will be received at the funeral home.
