Helen Wright of New Baden died Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese at the age of 47 years. She was born in East St. Louis on September 10, 1964 the daughter of Daniel and Pearly Mae (Johnson) Wright.
Helen is survived by three sisters: Karen Kleine and husband Bob of Carlyle, Annie Kunkle and husband Jerry of Carlyle, and Flossie Tucker and husband Junior of Chester; two brothers: David Wright of Granite City and Delbert Johnson of Washington Park, and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents, a sister: Pat Rector; and a sister-in-law: Charlotte Johnson.
Graveside services will be Saturday, March 17, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Carlyle Cemetery. Friends are asked to go directly to the cemetery.
