Henige, Jimmie

Jimmie Henige, 67, of Belleville, IL, died on October 2, 2005 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville, IL. He was born on December 25, 1937, in Lebanon, IL, son of Dorothea M. (Rogers) Heyde. In addition to his mother, Dorothea Heyde of Belleville, IL, he is survived by a son, Michael Henige of Creve Coeur, MO; a sister, Beverly Girard and husband Lenard of Belleville, IL and aunts, nephews and nieces. Mr. Henige formerly worked for McDonald Douglas in St. Louis, MO and Emerson Electric in St. Louis, MO. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served on the USS Coral Sea. There will be no visitation and funeral services are private. Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice and will be received at Hempen Funeral Home, New Baden, IL.
