Hustedde, Shirley Jene

Shirley Jene Hustedde, 76, of Rural Trenton, IL died Monday, March 28, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville, IL. She was born February 22, 1935 in Hermann, MO, daughter of Delmar and Eunice (Pryor) Vance. She married Beauford Adams on July 7, 1951 in Piggott, Ark. and he preceded her in death on October 26, 1996. She married Paul J. Hustedde on May 8, 1999 in Trenton, IL and he survives. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Larry (Diane) Adams of Belleville, IL, Debbie Roznowski of Beaucoup, IL, Kevin L. (Rose) Adams of Mt. Vernon, IL, Todd J. (Kim) Hustedde of Trenton, IL, Cindy (Paul) Klahn of Colorado Springs, CO, Brent P. (fiancée, Halley Connor) of Chatham, IL, and Trisha I. (special friend, Stuart Richards) Hustedde of Trenton, IL; eleven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one sister, Brenda (friend, JR) Marchand of Ocean Springs, MI; a brother Kenneth (Dorothy) Vance of Clarksville, TN; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Pauline and Stanley Richter of Aviston, IL, Jo Ann Eversgerd of Litchfield, IL and Wilbert Eversgerd of Breese, IL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband and her parents; a son, Robert M. Adams; son-in-law, Clarence Roznowski; a sister, Zona Chwascinski; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Steve Chwascinski, Leroy and Dorothy Hustedde, Raymond and Alvina Hustedde and Jerome Hustedde. Mrs. Hustedde was a care giver for children and adults. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2011 at St. Francis Church in Aviston, IL with Rev. Dan Friedman officiating. Private burial will be held at a later date. Friends may call from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2011 and from 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Hempen Funeral Home in Aviston, IL. There will be a prayer service at 4 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Clinton County Relay For Life and will be received at the funeral home.
