Jacob A. Hill

Jacob A. Hill of Centralia died Thursday, October 7, 2010 at his residence at the age of 20 years. Jacob was born in Centralia on August 10, 1990, the son of Jimmy Hill and Cindy Marshall.Jake is survived by his parents: Melvin and Nancy (Butler) Hill; sibling:Malissa Ford of Carlyle, Ryan Maxfield of Centralia, Travis Maxfield of Hillsboro, Andre Ford at home, Heath Ford of Carlyle and Michael Hill of Carlyle; and paternal grandparents: Bill and Barbara Thurman of Carlyle.Jake was preceded in death by his grandparents: James Butler and Ruby and Ray Goldman.Jake was employed at Governors Run Golf Course in Carlyle. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed Cardinal Baseball and just being with family and his many friends.In keeping with his wishes, cremation services will be performed and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.Expressions of sympathy may be made in Jake’s memory to the charity of the donor’s choice and those will be received at the Frerker Funeral Home which is serving the family.
