John R. Miller, age 64, of New Baden passed away at Memorial Hospital East in Shiloh. Mr. Miller was born in East St. Louis on June 10, 1954 the son of Raymond and Bettie (Johnson) Miller. He married Thelma Tatum in Belleville on August 2, 1995 and she survives in New Baden.
