LaRue 'Bud' Timmermann of Beckemeyer died Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at the Caring First Nursing Home in Breese at the age of 85 years.'Bud' was born in Breese on January 11, 1925 the son of Fred and Mary (Deien) Timmermann. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and retired from Wiegmann & Company in Freeburg, Illinois as a welder. He was a member of the Holthaus-Kampwerth American Legion Post #1227 in Beckemeyer and the Goldsmith-Terry V.F.W. Post #3523 in Carlyle.Bud is survived by a 'daughter': Joyce Garner of Beckemeyer; 'grandchildren': Bill Deiters of Rochester, Chris Garner of Beckemeyer and Margo Kampwerth of Carlyle; 'great grandchildren': Stephanie and Blake Deiters and Danny and Jared Kampwerth; his pet: Sparky; and numerous nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents and step father: Fred and MaryTimmermann and Bill Hegger; sisters: Dorothy Hegger and Louberta Schulte; and his special friend: Margaret 'Mark' Maravich.Funeral services will be Saturday, October 9, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at the Frerker Funeral Home in Carlyle with Deacon Bob Lippert officiating. The interment will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery in Beckemeyer with military services accorded.Friends may visit with the family at the Frerker Funeral Home in Carlyle on Friday from 4 to 7:00 P.M. or on Saturday from 8:00 A.M. until the time of services.Memorials may be made in Bud’s honor to the charity of the donor’s choice and those will be received at the Frerker Funeral Home which is surviving the family
