Linda M. Wilson, 61, of Damiansville, passed away peacefully March 6, 2019 at home surrounded by family and friends. She was born January 23, 1958 in E. St. Louis, the daughter of Donald and Marie (Callahan) Chaudet. She married Douglas Wilson in July of 1994 and he survives in Damiansville.
Linda is survived by her husband; a brother, Daniel (Brenda) Chaudet; two sons, Matthew (Cassandra) Bowles and Douglas Wilson; three daughters, Sarah Bowles, Amy Wilson, and Stephanie Wilson; and nine grandchildren, Richard, Kyle, Tess, Cameron, Marcus, Jakob, Alyssa, Derek, and Kylee.
Linda loved to travel, especially long rides on her Harley with her husband and family. She also loved camping, fishing, and taking cruises with her daughter. Linda had a special love for her furbabies, Lulu, Buddy, and Izzy.
Per the wishes of the family, there will be no services.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice and will be received at Nordike Funeral Home, 15 E. Hanover St., New Baden, IL 62265 who is serving the family.
