Loretta Timmermann

Loretta Timmermann of Beckemeyer died Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at the Caring First Nursing Home in Breese at the age of 90 years. She was born in Bartelso, IL on February 20, 1921 the daughter of Ferdinand J. And Elizabeth K. (Mensing) Becker. She married Eugene A. Timmermann on September 17, 1940 in Beckemeyer, and he preceded her in death on February 24, 1991.

Loretta is survived by her children: Sandra Ittner and husband Warren of Belleville, Nancy Loepker of Beckemeyer, David Timmermann and wife Margie of Trenton and Michael Timmermann of Beckemeyer; 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Timmermann was preceded in death by her parents; husband; great granddaughter: Abigail Rao; and a son-in-law: Donald Loepker.

Loretta was a member of St. Anthony Church in Beckemeyer.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Anthony Church in Beckemeyer with Fr. Charles Edwards and Deacon Bob Lippert officiating. The interment will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the Timmermann family at the Frerker Funeral Home on Friday from 4 to 8:00 P.M.

Should friends wish to honor Loretta, memorials may be made to St. Anthony Church or the American Diabetes Association and those will be received at the Frerker Funeral Home which is serving the family.
