Marie E. Dulle, 83, of Albers, died Monday, August 15, 2016 at Aviston Countryside Manor. She was born September 14, 1932 in Germantown, the daughter of Herman and Christine (Wehlage) Schniers. She married Henry “Hank” Dulle July 21, 1962 in Germantown and he preceded her in death on November 28, 1996.
Marie is survived by four brothers, Herman Schniers of Germantown, Paul (Margie) Schniers of Breese, Stanley (Diane) Schniers of Germantown, and Donald (Judy) Schniers of Breese; two sisters, Ruth Sterkis and Debra (Fred) Kruger all of Germantown; a step-daughter, Barb Danielwicz; step-daughter-in-law, Barb Dulle; three step-grandchildren, Cheri Conklin, Kurt Dulle, and Allan Danielwicz; she is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and special neighbors, Dan & Lee Love and their family.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a step-son, Phillip Dulle; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Anthony Sterkis, Bernard & Rosalinde Dulle, Herman & Christine Dulle, Gregory & Evelyn Dulle, Vincent & Bernette Dulle, Anthony & Marcella Dulle, Mary & Adolph Brand, and Cecelia & Bernard Santel.
Mrs. Dulle along with her husband, owned Dulle Construction in Albers; and she was also a receptionist for Johnson Tax Service. Marie was a member of the Albers Commercial Club, St. Bernard Parish and St. Ann’s Sodality, Prayer Group, and a Prayer Chain Partner.
A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, August 18, 2016 at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Albers with Rev. Anthony Onyango and Deacon Glenn Netemeyer officiating. Burial will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery in Albers.
Friends may call Wednesday, August 17, 2016 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and again on Thursday, August 18, 2016 from 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. at Nordike Funeral Home in Albers.
Memorials may be made to St. Bernard Parish or HSHS Hospice and will be received at the funeral home.
