Mueller, Isabelle

Isabelle M. Mueller, 87, of Aviston, died Sunday, May 19, 2013 at Countryside Manor in Aviston. She was born October 14, 1925 in Aviston, daughter of Henry and Mary (Wesselmann) Frohn. She married Marcellus F. Mueller on October 15, 1946 in Aviston and he preceded her in death on April 18, 1999. She is survived by her children, Robert (special friend, Lulu Otemai) Mueller of Ewah, Hawaii, Gene (Ann) Mueller of Vail, AZ, Rosemarie (Art) Moss of Irvington, and Betty (Larry) Bedard of Aviston; 12 grandchildren, Patricia Mueller, Joseph (Stephanie) Mueller, Corey (Heather) Mueller, Craig Mueller, Christopher Mueller, Lane Mueller, Jennifer Eckhoff, Cynthia Boester, Kirk Moss, Alicia (Chris) Schooler, Elizabeth Moss, and Zachary Moss; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Florence Frohn of Breese, Ivy Hall of St. Charles, MO, Art & Inez Mueller of Arnold, MO, Evelyn & Ben Luebbert and Veronica & Ken Fix all of St. Peters, MO, Marilyn Mueller of New Baden, Alice & Leonard Diaber of Highland, and Rita & John Boulden of McHenry. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a son, David Mueller; a sister, Lucille Frey; a brother, Anthony “Tony” Frohn; and brothers-in-law, Duane Frey, Larry Hall, and Louis Mueller. Mrs. Mueller was a nursing tech at Murray Development Center in Centralia. She was a member of St. Francis Parish in Aviston. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 24, 2013 at St. Francis Temporary Church in the gym in Aviston with Rev. Dan Friedman officiating. Burial will follow at St. Francis Cemetery in Aviston. Friends may call from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2013 and from 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Friday, May 24, 2013 at Hempen Funeral Home in Aviston. There will be a prayer service at 4 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the donor’s choice and will be received at the funeral home.
