Margaret E. Netemeyer, 90, of Albers, died Sunday, May 17, 2009 at Caring First Nursing Home in Breese. She was born September 28, 1918 in Albers, daughter of William & Agnes (Dierkes) Netemeyer. She is survived by her sister, Florence Stokes of Belleville; a brother, Edgar (Marie) Netemeyer of Albers; sisters-in-law, Marcella Netemeyer of Albers, Edith Boehne of Salem, and Sandra Netemeyer of Grand Rapids, MI. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by four brothers, Louis Netemeyer, Richard Netemeyer, Wilford Netemeyer, and James Netemeyer. Margaret was a records clerk for Children’s Hospital in St. Louis, MO. She was a member of St. Bernard Parish and Ladies Sodality. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Albers with Msgr. Donald Eichenseer officiating. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery in Albers. Friends may call Tuesday, May 19, 2009 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday, May 20, 2009, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Hempen Funeral Home in Albers. Memorials may be made to the St. Bernard Church Capital Fund Drive and will be received at the funeral home.
