Janet A. Rensing, 70, a resident of Clinton Manor, New Baden, IL, formerly of Belleville IL, died on Wednesday, July 6, 2005, at USAF Medical Center, Scott Air Force Base, IL. She was born on September 15, 1934 in Vandalia, IL, daughter of Franklin H. and Susan (Wolf) Rensing. She is survived by her cousins, Jo Ann Becker of Belleville, IL, Curtis Rensing and wife Marcie of St. Louis, MO, Anita Sutherland of Florissant, MO, Vernon Wolf and wife Iona of Lebanon, IL, Shirley Kimber and husband Tom of Hazelwood, MO, Lida Berberich and husband Marvin of Trenton, IL, Norbert Wolf and wife Lorna of Belleville, IL, Wilma Henss and husband Arnold of New Baden, IL, Doris Rehberger and husband Omar of Lebanon, IL and Carol Rensing of Belleville, IL. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two cousins, Maurice Rensing & Herbert Becker. Ms. Rensing was a member of St. Teresa’s Church in Belleville, IL. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 8, 2005 at St. George Catholic Church in New Baden, IL with Rev. Donald Blaes officiating. Interment will follow at Green Mount Catholic Cemetery in Belleville, IL. Friends may call from 9 until 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 8, 2005 at Hempen Funeral Home in New Baden, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to S.A.V.E. (St. Clair Associated Vocational Enterprises) or to Clinton Manor Activity Fund and will be received at the funeral home.
