Richard Allen Moore

Richard Allen Moore, 57, of New Baden, died Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Pyramid State Park in Pinckneyville. He was born June 7, 1961 in E. St. Louis, the son of John and Davetta, nee Raley, Moore.
Richard is survived by a son, Anthony (Nicole) Moore of Mascoutah; a daughter, Jennifer Moore of Granite City; two grandchildren, Jack Gabrovic and Connor Moore; and his siblings, Margaret (Mark) Goldberg, Debi Moore, and Steve (Lisa) Moore.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Liz Romanko, and a brother in infancy.
Mr. Moore was an owner/operator of Blah Trucking and a veteran of the United States Navy. He was a member of Zion United Church of Christ in New Baden. Richard loving being outdoors, traveling, riding his motorcycle, listening to jazz music, and carpentry.
All services will be private.
Memorials may be made to the VA Memorial Hospital or POW/MIA Foundation and will be received at the funeral home.
