Ryan E. Berry, 29 of Carlyle entered into rest on Sunday August 19, 2012. Ryan was born on August 19, 1983 in Centralia, IL the son of Linda Garner.
Ryan is survived by his mother: Linda Garner of Carlyle; his fiancée Rachel Hubbard of Beckemeyer; his sisters: Becky Berry of Carlyle, Barb Berry and David Quinn of Carlyle, Tina Hartnagel and husband Ron of Millersburg and Regina Berry of Carlyle; his brother: Kent Berry and wife Teri of Carlyle; his aunts: Carolyn Wuebbles of Carlyle, Myrna Manhart and husband John of Carlyle, Shirley Grayling of Carlyle, and Bonnie Berry of Carlyle; his uncles: Donald Berry of Carlyle, Allen “Huppy” Berry and wife Kim of Carlyle, and Ronald Berry and wife Laurie of Carlyle, Gerald Garner of Carlyle, John Brink and wife Carolee of Lufkin, Texas; Mark Brink of Champaign, Illinois, and Stanley Garner of Beckemeyer; ; nieces and nephews: Jake Berry, Thomas Hobbs, Catylin Hobbs, Chyna Hobbs, Austin Burris, Merrik Berry, Brett Quinn, Jennifer Quinn, Trevor Hartnagel, Cale Hartnagel, Colton Berry, Kade Berry, Hailey Berry and Jaydan Lowe; and numerous cousins and friends.
Ryan was preceded by his father: Alfred Berry; maternal grandparents: Richard and Carrie Brink; paternal grandparents: Francis “Black” and Mabel (Higgins) Berry; his aunts: Flora Berry; Phyllis Berry; and Virginia Berry; uncles: Lester Berry and Truman Grayling; and his niece: Amber Hartnagel
Ryan will be greatly missed by all who loved him he was the kind of guy that always had a smile on his face and could find a friend in anyone. He enjoyed his motorcycle and being with his family and friends. He worked for laborers Local 581. Ryan will be forever in our hearts.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday August 22, 2012 at the Frerker Funeral Home in Carlyle. Interment will follow at Carlyle Cemetery.
Friends and family may visit with the Berry family from 3 until 8:00 PM on Tuesday August 21, 2012 at the Frerker Funeral Home and on Wednesday from 8 until 10:00 AM, also at the funeral home.
Memorials can be made in honor of Ryan to the charity of the donor’s choice and will be received at the Frerker Funeral Home which is serving the Berry family.
