Samuel Edward Moss

Samuel Edward Moss, age 53, of Carlyle died at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville on Tuesday February 21, 2012. He was born on July 13, 1958 in Breese, IL the son of Joseph Sr. and Barbara (Cook) Moss.
Samuel was preceded in death by his sister Donna Forth.
Mr. Moss is survived by three daughters: Ann Avila of Carlyle, Robin Andrews and husband Robert of Benton, IL, Kathryn Moore of Pittsburgh, IL; His father: Joseph Moss Sr. of Carlyle, His mother: Barbara Moss of Centralia, A brother: Joe Moss Jr. of Carlyle; A sister Patricia Woods of Hume, IL; Nine Grandchildren: Cody Huelsmann, Michael Huelsmann, Angel Bast, Jared Davis, Ashtyn West, Grace Lynn Andrews, Juliana Andrews, Zoe Moore, Marie Bell Martinez.
Samuel was a farmer and enjoyed spending time with his family.
According to his wishes, his remains will be cremated. The family will have a private service at a later date.
Memorials are suggested to the charity of donor’s choice and will be received at the Frerker Funeral Home which is serving the family.
