Stahl, Alison

Alison Nichole Stahl, 24, of New Baden, died Friday, December 29, 2006 at Frank Holten State Park. She was born March 23, 1982 in Belleville, daughter of Thomas Barry and Teresa Ann (Allison) Stahl. She is survived by her parents, Thomas and Teresa Stahl of New Baden; two daughters, Emily Elizabeth Adams and Abigail Nicole Adams both of New Baden; a brother, Anthony Thomas Stahl of New Baden; two nephews, Dylan and Derek of Centralia; paternal grandparents, Felix and Jean Stahl of O’Fallon and maternal grandparents, Harold and Patricia Allison of Cahokia; special friend, Carissa Grow of Collinsville; and aunts, uncles, and cousins from her father’s and mother’s families. Ms. Stahl was a medical billing clerk at the Eye Surgery Center in Belleville. She graduated from Wesclin High School in 2000 and St. Louis College of Health Careers in 2004. There will be a memorial service at 12 noon, Saturday, January 6, 2007 at Zion United Church of Christ in New Baden with Rev. Gretchen Sterrett officiating. Friends may call from from 11 a.m. until time of service Saturday, January 6, 2007 at the church. Visitors are asked to bring a single yellow flower to the church in memory of Alison. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Memorial Fund for Alison Stahl to be used for her children’s education fund and will be accepted at the Tempo Bank in Trenton, the church or Hempen Funeral Home in New Baden which in charge of arrangements.
