Trevor Joseph Hubbard, 48, of Beckemeyer, died Monday, February 26, 2018 at his home surrounded by family and friends. He was born January 7, 1970 in Breese, the son of William and Loretta, nee Hustedde, Hubbard. He married Lorna Valerie Lammers March 18, 1995 at St. Felicitas Church in Beaver Prairie and she survives in Beckemeyer.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Larissa (Trent) Halstead and Landyn (special friend, Tabitha Powell) Hubbard; a granddaughter, Kenzington Avery Hubbard; his siblings, Marvin Hubbard, Angela (William Howard) Finch, Rodney (Denise) Hubbard, and Amy (Dennis) Voss; his mother-in-law, Evie Lammers; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Leroy (Lynn) Lammers, Lenny (Kelly Gebke) Lammers, Loren (Amy) Lammers, Lonnie Lammers, and Lyle (Lisa) Lammers; numerous nieces and nephews; and his guard dog, Buffy.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Jonathan Hubbard; and his father-in-law, Paul Lammers.
Mr. Hubbard was a union carpenter and supervisor at Poettker Construction and a firefighter for the Beckemeyer-Wade Township Fire Protection District for 23 years. He was a member of St. Anthony Parish in Beckemeyer, the Sons of the American Legion, and the Carpenters Union Local 662. Trevor enjoyed boating, camping, fishing, hunting, helping with community building projects, and spending time with his wife, children, and granddaughter.
Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Beckemeyer. Burial will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery in Beckemeyer.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 and from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Nordike Funeral Home in Carlyle.
The Sons of the American Legion will have a walk thru at on Wednesday and the Fire Departments will have a walk thru at 9:15 a.m. on Thursday.
Memorials may be made to the Beckemeyer-Wade Township Fire Protection District or the Sons of the American Legion and will be received at the funeral home.
