Paul L. Wieter, 63, of Breese, died November 17, 2006 at his home. He was born June 11, 1943 in Breese, son of Louis and Caroline (Petermeyer) Wieter. He married Carol L. Markus on April 26, 1975 in Carlyle and she survives in Breese. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Kyle Wieter and wife Jennay of Highland and Gary Langenhorst and his special friend Kim Smith of Breese; four daughters, Neysa Schwend and husband Kevin of Breese, Gayla Reynolds and her special friend Joe Riassetto of Highland, Missy Gaskill and husband Perry of Breese and Debbie Fields and husband Luke of Breese; twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild; one sister, Carol Ann Brown and husband Johnny of Phoenix, AZ; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bob & Polly Markus of Phoenix, AZ, Jim & Kathy Markus, Ivan & Bonnie Markus, Sandy & Marlin Fix, Joan & Paul Jinks, Dave & Rita Markus and Roger Markus all of Aviston. He was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Wieter was the owner of Precision Stained Glass and Precision Tuckpoint. He was a member of St. Dominic Parish and Local 8 Bricklayers Union. A funeral mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, November 20, 2006 at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Breese with Rev. Patrick Peter officiating. Interment will follow at St. Dominic/St. Augustine Cemetery in Breese. Friends may call from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday, November 19, 2006 and from 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Monday, November 20, 2006 at Hempen Funeral Home in Breese. There will be a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Family Hospice and will be received at the funeral home.
