Elmer H. Wintermann, 80, of Breese, IL died on Friday June 9, 2006 at Caring First Nursing Home in Breese, IL. He was born on June 18, 1925, in Wade Township, IL, son of Herman and Pauline (Rudolph) Wintermann. He married Minnie Prichard in January 1975, in Beckemeyer, IL, and she preceded him in death on November 12, 1983. He is survived by several cousins. Mr. Wintermann was a retired farmer and enjoyed playing music and blacksmith work. He was a member of St. John United Church of Christ, Breese, IL. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 12, 2006 at Hempen Funeral Home in Breese, IL with Pastor Gary Kniepkamp officiating. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery in Breese. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 12, 2006 at Hempen Funeral Home in Breese, IL.
