Animals are truly delightful and understanding companions. They seek so little from us and offer an abundance of love in return. When the time comes to say goodbye to your animal friend, the decisions about how to handle their physical remains can be emotionally challenging.
In a private cremation, your beloved pet is individually placed in the cremation chamber. Once the cremation process is finished, your pet's ashes are carefully collected from the chamber and returned to you in the urn that you have selected. This ensures that you receive the exclusive cremated remains of your cherished companion.
In this type of cremation, multiple pets may share the same cremation chamber. However, each pet is individually identified with a unique tag that accompanies them into the chamber. This process guarantees that you will receive only the cremated remains of your own pet, and you can choose the urn that best suits your preferences to have their ashes returned to you.
In a communal cremation, your pet is cremated alongside several other pets, and the ashes are not kept separate. As a result, no individual cremated remains are returned to you. Typically, in this type of cremation, the combined ashes are respectfully scattered on private land by a member of our staff.
